Cédric, a regular runner on our courses, kindly informed us yesterday of a problem on the black course at Stoumont (see photo).

Between Pont de Naze and Lorcé [KM 13.5 W KM 14.5], a whole section of the route is inaccessible because of trees lying across the path.
Avoiding the route is dangerous because the embankment is very steep and potentially slippery.
We contacted the local authorities in Stoumont, who told us that forestry operations were under way for a period of 6 weeks.
The passageway is currently FORBIDDEN by police order as it presents a danger. Thank you for complying with this ban to avoid any incidents or accidents.
We will be looking into the possibility of a diversion.
EVOTRAIL, which is organising the UTDS - Ultra-Trail des Sources next Saturday (10/08), has been informed of the situation. They will be making their own arrangements for race day.
